1. The mold parting surface can not avoid the air, easy to flash;

2. The location of the intersection and the weld line must be accurate in the early mold flow analysis;

3. The heating rods of the front and rear molds are evenly distributed to prevent deformation;

4. Ejection to increase the sheath to prevent high temperature burnout;

5. The surface texture profile requires high precision;

6. As far as possible, the mold core is not easy to split to avoid internal criticism.

Again, for the decorative frame of car lights, attention should be paid to the realization of its high surface requirements for mold design.The decorative frame of the headlight is a decorative part of the headlight lighting system of the car.
