Jiangsu Startech precision mould Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, which is known as "China manufacturing county". Jiangsu Startech originated in 1985, is a company with a manufacturing history of more than 30 years. It has established two business divisions, mold manufacturing and injection production. The factory covers an area of 30000 ㎡ and the workshop covers an area of 20000 ㎡. So far, it has more than 400 employees.

Jiangsu Startech mold business division can provide customers with different type of molds for lighting parts, especially the two-color and multi-color molds, thick wall light guide molds and BMC molds, which are our superior products. We have excellent processing equipment and an experienced team. The strict control of each process is emphasized to ensure the excellent quality of the mold. Since 2016, Startech has developed an independent product business division, mainly focusing on the injection production of multi-color parts, light guide and thick wall lens. Relying on our strong mold manufacturing experience, we quickly established this division, with a factory area of 3000 ㎡ and a total investment of 25 million RMB. Since its inception, we have always adhered to the belief that quality and customer always come first. In order to achieve this goal, we have purchased customized precision injection molding machines according to the product quality requirements to meet the product needs of customers. At the same time, we operate this division smoothly with management system and professional technical teams.

   History

In 1985, Jiangyin Jinghua was established, mainly making glass tools for automotive lighting.

In 1998, Jiangyin Jinghua began to make plastic tools for automotive lighting.

In 2009, Jiangyin Jinghua was reorganized and the Jiangsu Startech was set up to produce high tech and high quality plastic molds. The total area is 30,000 ㎡, and the workshop occupies 20,000 ㎡.

In 2012, Startech completed innovation and successively invested 8 million euros to upgrade the equipment.

In 2014, Startech successfully passed the provincial award "HIGH TECH ENTERPRISE" certification.

In 2017, Startech successively passed the global supplier certification (GM, VW, BMW, Ford, Nissan) .
