MANUFACTURE EQUIPMENT DISPLAY

CNC workshop has 20+ CNC machines, which are DMG, JETQUICK, HAITIAN five axis CNC machines and other brand high-speed CNC machines. Some can reach 40000 RPM, and the smallest radius we can make 0.05mm for optical surface.

EDM workshop is equipped with 11 EDM machines, 7 of them are double head EDM machines. EDM technicians have 5-10 years EDM experience in lighting field.

CAM team are united, cooperative, active and responsive. They are responsible for CNC program and electrode design for all molds.

We attach great importance to every detail of mold manufacture, refuse manually engraving. All the codes are made by laser etching.
